CANCELLATION POLICY
We reserve the right to cancel your booking under some unavoidable circumstances such as: bad weather condition, wars, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, terrorism, or order from the Local Authority.
We have to cancel your trip due to bad weather conditions to guarantee the safety of tourists. In those cases, the following policies will be applied as:
- If the cancellation is informed before customers leave Hanoi to Halong Bay (travelers have not used any service yet): 100% refund.
- If the cancellation is informed during the trip (travelers have already used transfer service): To pay 1,000,000 vnđ/ person is applied
- If the cancellation when guest already aboard and used Transfer, Lunch, Entrance fees…: No refund because all services are ready in use.
If you book directly with Go Asia Travel, you should come back to our office to get the refund if your booking is in case 1 or 2.
If you book with travel agent/hotel agent…you should come back to the place where you booked the trip to get the refund if your booking is in case 1 or 2.
Our guide will announce the urgent information on the bus to make you aware of the situation.
