1. Why do you say Alova luxury Cruise?
In Halong Bay, there is no specific standard to rank how many stars on cruises levels. It is the way that everyone likes to rank by themselves.

2. Do I need to reserve this overnight cruises some days before departure date?
Yes, you need to book and pay in advance to secure your booking because this cruise only has limited 25 passengers in 11 luxury cabins only.
3. Where can I book this cruise ship for my trip to Halong Bay?

4. What do I need to take with me during the trip?
Most of services are included as you booked. Remember to take swim suit with you to be comfortable.
5. Do I need to take drink with me to the ship?
No, you do not need to do that. We has the bar on cruises selling you drinks such as beer, water, soft drink, wine…with reasonable price. Please see Food and Beverage.
6. Is air-conditioning working on the cruises?
Yes, the air-conditioning works all the time on cruises to keep the air dry and help you to safe energy and feel comfortable.
7. What is the menu aboard?
We offer a wide range of food with all meals aboard, you will try food from the sea to the mountain as well as vegetarian food.
8. I am a vegetarian, do I have vegetarian food?

9. What time do you pick me up and where to pick up?
We normally pick you up in hotels located in Hanoi Old Quarter from 8.15 am to 9.00 am. This is the group tour so we need to pick up many groups with rush hour traffic conditions so we cannot say exactly what time you will be picked up.
Please sit comfortably in the lobby or outside your hotel till our guide shows to get you.
10. Do we have tour guide on the Limousine bus?
Yes, tour guide will pick you up and introduce you useful information about the trip and Vietnam in general. Other overnight cruises do not have tour guide escoted during the trip.
11. Is Halong Bay crowded? can we go to less touristy route?
Halong Bay is the Wonder of the world so many people expect to visit it. It is always crowded all year round. We cannot avoid meeting people. The route we go to is the longest and the most beautiful one. However, there are more and more
people want to visit this route. Be ready for meeting a lot of tourists. That is the reason why you book Alova Cruises for maximum 25 passengers.
12. Is Halong Bay raining or sunny?
We are not sure, please check the weather with the apps? If it rains, it does not rain for long because it ocean climate.
13. How is child policy?
Child is under 4 years old is FOC, child from 4 – 8 years old is charged 75% (sharing bed together Parents) and they need to go with parent and stay with parent in the same cabin.
14. What is the Black out of date?
We arrange this trip all days of the year unless there are less than 10 people booking the trip.
15. What is the holiday surcharge?
We add surcharge of $ 30 USD/person on National Holiday as April 30; May 1; September 2; December 31, 2022; January 1, 2023 and from January 13 – 31, 2023 (Lunar New Year). This surcharge will be paid directly to Go Asia Travel.
16. I am a solo traveler, How much can I pay for the trip?
Yes, we are happy to get your booking, You just need to pay for a single room listed on the website.
17. If I cancel the trip, how do you charge cancellation fee?
– If you cancel 30 days before departure date, you will get full refund.
– If you cancel from 15 to 29 days before departure date, you will be charged 30% of total booking value.
– If you cancel from 7 – 28 days before departure date, you will be charged 50% of total booking value.
– If you cancel from 3 – 6 days before departure date, you will be charged 75% of total booking value.
– If you cancel 3 days prior departure date, No refund is made.
18. If I book this cruise and book another day trip of Go Asia Travel, do I get discount?
Yes, you will be discounted 20% for the next day trip organized by Go Asia Travel.
19. How much is it if I start the trip in Tuan Chau Island – Halong Bay?
Please see the policy of our trip as you depart from Tuan Chau island.
20. Why I book different price from other passengers?
Because everyone booked the trip in different time and different sales channels. Alova Cruise Company is not responsible for any price disparity during the trip. It depends on our agents’ promotion policy at different time.
